Reservation and guarantee policy:
Reservations should be submitted by phone or in written directly to our reservation department. In order to hold, confirm and guarantee a reservation, we require a valid credit card or a cash deposit for the total nights reserved. If reservations are not being guaranteed your reservation will be automatically cancelled when hotel is fully booked.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations should be submitted in written by fax (737-1545) and or e-mail reservations@trupialinn.com and are subject to the following penalties:
– Cancellations made within 2 days prior to the day of arrival, are subject to (1) one night penalty.
– Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the day of arrival, are subject to (2) two nights penalty.
Cancellation policy during holidays:
(Carnival, Eastern, Local holidays, Christmas/ New Year)
– Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the day of arrival, are subject to (1)one night penalty.
– Cancellations made within 4 days prior to the day of arrival, are subject to (3) three nights penalty.
– Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the day of arrival are subject to full stay penalty.
No show policy:
On the event of a no-show the hotel reserves the right to charge for the full stay with a maximum of 4 nights.
No show policy during holidays:
(Carnival, Eastern, Local Holidays, Christmas/ New Year)
On the event of a no-show during holiday periods, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the full stay
